  4. Alright listen up folks someone else said it but I am going to repeat it what you have and I had is a fungus there is a type of fungus gnats feed on that grows in cottony fiberish strands. . Don’t remember name but started with an m.. Fungus or even ringworm does not have to have a ring it can simply appear as pimples.. or even flat red marks.. You need to treat the fungal infection using an oral antifungal as well as cream and a triple antibiotic cream works wonders ontop of that.. once tge fubgal infection is cleared up or even at same time take a tetracyclin antibiotic known as doxycycline there are other names tetraclycline kills wolbachia bacteria that insects carry, and some even NEED to reproduce.. while in the final stages of healing from antifungal and bacteria infection use elimite cream or permetherin as its called or Lidane if you are a risk taker.. Take some ivermectin or drink everclear alcohol if you had them in your mouth or teetg.. drink it slow and swish it around also I found holding your nose for a long time while drinking it and swallowing while tilting and turning your head and squeezing neck helps to make sure all go down.. use a nasal spray or wash is better and clean your ears with saline solution.. take baths in epsom salt and follow with a shower and bar soap always throw away the soap but bar soap is great as less moisture left behind.. blow dry not a towel.. switching off of cotton clothing is a good idea and steam cleaners work wonders you can also add tea tree oil to this and use it on your skin as well.. you have a fungal and bacterial infection that is attracting bugs… treat that, kill any bugs that chose to keep you as their host when your infection free and clean your surroundings also spray bushes and trees and your yard.. alot of stuff will work but I recommend a nice dawn and water solution followed by any spray that contains limpdicroprid not sure on spelling but it comes in bayer fruit and citrus along with many others.. also use dawn straight in your drains flush with hot water and follow with drano foam and some bayer fruit and citrus chemical and soak ALL FAUCETS in clr for a long time as they can seem to lay eggs thru the screens and get back on you.. its best to change shower heads and bath tub spouts and they are not that expensive if you go cheap.. alao use a mold and mildew killer and lysol original pour cleaner to clean kill all molds mildew and especially algae in and around your house.. winter time is aways the easiest to get rid of them in home and body if you live north but they will come back in summer.. mainly treating for fungus and bacteria gets rid of them but fungus can live for 2 years in any condition but absolute dryness and heat so best to try to kill bugs that remain in your surroundings or you may be exposed to the fungus or bacteria once again and have to retreat.. once your skin heals up start doing bi weekly inspection for blemishes and make sure you stay healthy just as women need to inspect for cancer we all need to inspect for fungal infections and such.. treat all wounds very carefully and clean them well and always use a bandaid or liquid bandage with antibiotic ointment to keep them clean and promote healing. . Best of luck to you all I spent around 2-3 years and over 30,000 dollars figuring out what was going on and was able to heal myself in a month or two with only a few hundred spent…
